Small printed circuit board with the trim/gain potentiometer mounted for CH3 on the DJM900Nexus. Replace the part if you experience bad or even loose connection on the trim potentiometer. The little plug on the circuit is there to make it quick and easy to replace the part.
The DCS1119 potentiometer itself is also available for soldering.
