Refund of your money
When you cancel, we will refund all payments we have received from you, excl. delivery costs. We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received your return package. Remember to save the receipt that you receive from the distributor upon delivery of the package as documentation that the item has been shipped.
We will make such a refund with the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
Item and packaging
You are allowed to examine the product within the package in the same way that you can and must do in a business, but you must not open or use it. If you broke the packaging in any way, and we can't sell it again, or can't sell it at full price again, then we expect to deduct the impairment in that amount, you must have back. If the item no longer has a trade value, we will not refund the purchase amount.
We recommend that you return the item in original packaging, otherwise it may result in a loss of value and thus you will not get the entire purchase price back. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You yourself bear the risk of the goods until we receive them. Therefore, save mail receipt as well as any. Track and Trace number.
Complaints
DJSPAREPARTS.com trades under the Purchasing Act and under the guidelines given by the Consumer Agency. Complaints are made in accordance with the rules of the Purchasing Act. This means that you can complain about the defects and defects of the product that occurred within 24 months of purchase. However, this does not apply to defects, damage or wear and tear caused by improper use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear. The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules apply to goods purchases.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation.
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the error. If you advertise within two months after the error is detected, the complaint will always be timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
When returning the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.
We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD.

Appeals
If you disagree with our processing of your complaint, you can contact the Center for Complaints at the Competition and Consumer Agency, and then the Consumer Complaints Board.
