Purchase of goods

When purchasing goods on DJSPAREPARTS.com you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. When this is done, you will receive an order confirmation on the email you provided. Once we have packed your goods and they are ready for pick-up by our chosen distributor, you will receive an email with your track & trace number. This email also includes a link to your invoice, please note that we do not attach PDF files, your invoice is located in the link.
You will be able to track where your item is within 24 hours after purchase. For the tracking we are using the distributor's website, where you can enter your track & trace number. Once your package has arrived at the destination, you will typically also receive an email from the selected distributor. Please note that if you haven't typed in the correct billing or VAT information and want it to be changed, the correction and handling of this matter will be charged a handling fee on 50€ per order. All orders and invoices are automatically generated from the information you provide.

You must be 18 years of age to trade with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

At DJSPAREPARTS.com you can only order items through our webshop. If you are looking for items that are not on the site, please feel free to contact us.

If you can't find your order confirmation in your inbox, it may have ended up in your spam folder, so we recommend that you look for it there. If you still cannot find it, please contact our customer service. email to info@djspareparts.com and we will then send you your order confirmation on your purchase.


How to shop with us

To make a purchase with us, you have to go through 6 steps:

  1. Find the item (s) you want, and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the checkout.
  2. Enter your personal information, name, address, telephone number, and email address, at the same time enter the delivery address if it differs from your billing address.
  3. Choose shipping method, parcel shop, business address or home delivery.
  4. Verify that all personal and product information is correct. Then, accept our terms and conditions and privacy policy and proceed to the payment page.
  5. Enter payment information and complete the purchase.
  6. Upon approval, you will land on a confirmation page where you will be given your order number, and you will also receive an email with an order confirmation

 

Cancellation right

You are normally entitled to return products within 30 days, no questions asked. The return period normally extends until 30 days after the day you receive your purchase. If the last day falls on a statutory holiday, Saturday, Danish Constitution Day (grundlovsdag), 24th December, or 31st December, the period is extended until the following working day. 

How to use your cancellation

Write an email to info@djspareparts.com and ask for a return label. Then you will receive a return slip and a prepaid return package label. Print these two and add your return reason to the enclosed return slip. Securely wrap the product in the enclosed package, or add another secure package. Tape the return slip along with the prepaid return label outside the box, and deliver the package to the distributor selected at delivery. Please note that you cannot undo the purchase by refusing to receive the item or failing to collect it - unless you also let us know that you regret it.

Payment
At DJSPAREPARTS.com you can use various payment methods.

The amount will only be deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our warehouse.

If you choose payment by invoice all orders have a handling time on 2-3 working days. We only accept prepayment, nothing will be shipped before the complete and correct amount is paid in full. Please use SEPA payment, since we do not accept to pay any form of bank or transaction fees.

All prices at DJSPAREPARTS.com are quoted in EUR and includes the selected countries VAT.

Customs & VAT
If you order from an EU country, VAT is paid and calculated at checkout, VAT rate depends on the destination country, but no customs duty according to the rules on the free movement of goods.

Price errors and discount code errors
If a price is obviously wrong, and you should have discovered it, we are not required to provide the product at the wrong price. The same applies to the use of multiple discount codes, which results in an unreasonably high discount. If DJSPAREPARTS.com considers that the order is covered by this, the right to cancel the order is reserved. The products will be available for purchase at full normal price at any time.
