Loose connection in the headphone jack on the XDJ RX? Replace this part and get rid of the problem both in the small and the big jack connector.
The part is easily replaced by removing all the screws on the bottom, and 3 screws on the rear panel marked with a little white arrow. Now pull of the two microphone gain knobs, and you will be able to take of the entire control panel and replace the headphone jack on the XDJ RX controller.
